Difficulty in maintaining a proper posture due to constant discomfort.
Persistent pain affecting your ability to perform daily tasks.
Limited mobility hindering active participation in physical activities.

Struggles with muscle stiffness and restricted movement could be the cause of serious injury like possible ripping tendons, torn muscles, or other ligaments.
Frequent muscle tightness and certain patterns lead to discomfort and reduced range of motion. Dry fascia leads to pinching nerves causing pain or numbness.
This leads to difficulty in performing basic standing, walking, or bending.

Are longer healing times affecting your personal and professional life?
Lack of effective rehabilitation that didn't fully address injuries or the underlaying dry fascia that creating the issue(s) is common.

No, you do not need a referral to book/join a class with us. However, we suggest that in cases of those with more severe mental and physical health concerns/ treatment plans be sure to include your doctors psychiatrists, therapists and whom ever health aides you are working with to be aware of your participation in this myofascial release program.
The number of sessions varies based on the condition to feel relief. Many clients begin to feel improvement as soon as the first session. However, it can take several sessions to retrain fascia patterns. It is better to think of rolling as a life style change/habit. It's like adding a yoga or Pilates workout into your schedule. The Fascianator Method can be done in as little as 20-30 mins, but it is recommended that one starts with the hour sessions, learn the positions, and what the internal world of muscles/nerves/etc feel like before doing the faster versions available. It can take up to 3 years to retrain certain parts, so listen to your body. Ideally you'll be doing this everyday of the added 20-30 years you've added to your life with this and other healthy life style choices.
Many insurance plans cover massage therapy or gym memberships, but unfortunately this fitness class and self myofascial release methodology is not. We recommend getting your Fascianator roller and joining the Integration or Alignment Tiers to have access to all the videos and writing journal prompts to release trauma stored in the body and increase self awareness/ embodiment. .
